The DriveAgent guide

Our assessment

DriveAgent research synthesis, not a first-hand road test. Driving impressions are attributed to their original reviewers; manufacturer claims and overseas observations are identified separately.

Researching the Australian Elite

This unscored guide combines James Wong’s Australian launch drive for CarExpert with Hyundai’s local specifications. DriveAgent has not driven this vehicle. The exact MY26 production interval is unverified, so build-dependent safety applicability is withheld.

Reported comfort, with a controls caveat

Wong describes the Elite’s ride and road-noise refinement positively on its 20-inch wheels. He also finds the touchscreen climate adjustments fiddly. These are attributed first-drive findings, not long-term reliability or measured noise results.

Declared electric specifications

Hyundai’s technical table specifies a 160kW front motor and front-wheel drive. The Elite’s declared combined WLTP range is 546km. Neither figure represents testing by DriveAgent; real-world range depends on use.

Dimensions and cargo

Hyundai lists 4615mm length, 1695mm height including the roof rail, and a 2750mm wheelbase. Rear cargo is 506 litres under VDA with the second row in place. Manufacturer dimensions are approximate. Confirm current pricing and individual vehicle applicability with Hyundai.
