Greg Duncan, the former owner of luxury car dealership Trivett, and his wife Glenda have sold their Bellevue Hill home for about $31 million, according to local sources cited by The Sydney Morning Herald. A sold sticker appeared on the listing, indicating a sale by private treaty on September 22 with the price withheld. The sale follows the Duncans' purchase, in May last year, of a Point Piper penthouse previously owned by Sue Ingham, widow of poultry business millionaire Jack Ingham, for $29.5 million, with settlement in November 2025, The Sydney Morning Herald reports. Ingham had bought the unit for $12,245,000 in 2010, according to the same report. ¹²

RealEstate.com.au reported in November 2025 that updated property records showed the Buckhurst Avenue apartment in the name of Glenda Duncan after its June 2025 sale smashed the Point Piper apartment record by $7 million. That publication described the top-floor apartment in the boutique waterfront block known as Point Piper House as offering 540 square metres with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a four-car garage, a lift opening directly into the apartment, a gym, a private pool and direct access to Seven Shillings Beach. Ingham subsequently moved to a four-bedroom penthouse in the nearby Piper development in Wunulla Road, purchased for $16.25 million. ⁵⁴
